TechXchange is an event proposed by the IEEE CS SYP that focuses on emerging technologies in the field of Computer Science. In 2021 and in collaboration with IEEE IAS ENIS SBC, the IEEE ENIS CS SBC hosted TechXchange while pairing it with the Enis's Industrial Forum's competition. The workshops that were hosted focused on IoT, embedded systems, Artificial Intelligence, Entrepreneurship and much more. Many industrial leaders and professionals have come forward to share their experiences with the participants and to provide insight to their respective fields of work. This provided students with ample opportunities to learn what it means to be an engineer in a professional setting while also reinforcing their technical prowess.

Hello World 2.0 stands as a captivating and dynamic Problem-Solving event, expertly crafted and hosted by the prestigious IEEE ENIS Computer Society Student Chapter. In its eagerly anticipated Second edition, Hello World will be divided into two enthralling segments. The first part will feature comprehensive training sessions focusing on algorithms and diverse data structures, commencing on the 23rd of April 2022. These sessions aim to equip participants with essential problem-solving skills and technical knowledge. The excitement continues with the second segment, a thrilling Problem Solving competition, scheduled to take place on the 14th of May 2022 at the esteemed National Engineering School of Sfax (ENIS). During this intense competition, participants will put their newfound skills and ingenuity to the test, engaging in challenging problem-solving scenarios. Hello World 2.0 embodies a unique opportunity for aspiring minds to delve into the captivating world of problem-solving and computer science. It promises to be an extraordinary experience that fosters growth, creativity, and camaraderie among participants, leaving an indelible mark on their journey of intellectual discovery.

In order to participate in IEEEXtreme 16.0, an international challenge, IEEE student members worldwide competed for 24 hours to solve programming problems. IEEE Computer Society ENIS Student Chapter brought together members on October 21 and 22 at the national engineering school of Sfax. Attendees enjoyed the fantastic environment and various activities planned for them. Once the problem set went online, everyone dove into their laptops with full concentration. We thank the 100 students who participated and made ENIS proud with their performance and spirit. Challenges demanded creativity, logic, and determination. For 24 hours, participants were immersed in coding, debugging, and intense discussions. IEEEXtreme 2023 was a success, and the organizers look forward to the next edition. The IEEE Computer Society ENIS SB orchestrated a transformative event, "Hour of Code," on December 4th, 2022, with the noble mission of equipping children with the foundational principles of coding and inspiring them to explore the fascinating realm of computer science. Through this interactive initiative, young minds were introduced to the magic of programming, fostering a sense of curiosity and enthusiasm for technology. By encouraging learning and discovery, the event not only opened doors to endless possibilities but also nurtured the future innovators and problem solvers who will undoubtedly shape the world of tomorrow.

Your eagerness to learn and your determination to acquire new coding skills made the workshop an unforgettable and special experience for us. In collaboration with the IEEE Women In Engineering ENIS Student Affinity Group and in an initiative to further instill Women's Engineering capacity, the IEEE ENIS Computer Society has organized a Git and Github Workshop. As part of any professional workplace in the IT field, mastering project version control is vital to the integrity of any large scale endeavor. As such, students are expected to be mindful of the functionalities of Git and Github to easily integrate their work into the pre-existing project ecosystem. Having invited the data engineer and former CS Chairman, Mr Kadhem Belghuith, to host the workshop, students have managed to grasp the fundamentals of Git and Github while also benefiting from his experience in project management using different kinds of tools.

In Preparation to the third version of Hello World!, the IEEE ENIS Computer Society has solicited the help of a renowned problem solving coach. Doctor Atef Masmoudi, a famous man whose success has placed him in the most prestigious universities, has agreed to host 2 Problem Solving Workshops that took place on the 14th and 16th of April online. With the goal of teaching students about data structures, dynamic programming and other different paradigms, our coach has spared no effort into helping participants grasp hard concepts and form an understanding on how to tackle any problem. Students who joined the workshops have had much to learn and with Doctor Atef's help, were able to get acquainted with the roadmap to master programming and to kickstart their passion for Problem Solving.

The CS Junior workshop, organized by CS ENIS IEEE SBC, proved to be a wonderful experience On May 10th, our team visited the Primary School Habib 2, where children were taught about logic gates, electronics and computer science as a whole. Making a positive impact on their lives was a rewarding experience. The main goal was to empower the next generation of thinkers, achieved through an interactive website that made learning enjoyable. Our contribution to our SB's ingenious and very own IEEE Junior aimed to create a brighter future through education and to foster ambition in the younger generation.

The epic quest of problem-solving and coding excellence, "Hello World! 3.0," concluded at the Digital Research Centre of Sfax. Participants faced thrilling challenges, pushing coding skills to the limit. The competition showcased talent and fostered camaraderie. Enthusiastic coders worked side by side, exchanging ideas, and learning from one another. Anticipation was high as participants envisioned moments of triumph. Throughout the day, they experienced the rush of completing challenges and the satisfaction of overcoming hurdles. "Hello World! 3.0" united people with a common passion for programming. It celebrated the art and science of coding, fostering a sense of community. Memories of the event will linger, inspiring participants in their coding endeavors. Congratulations to all who took on the challenge and showcased their coding prowess. "Hello World! 3.0" will be remembered as a day of triumph, passion, and excellence in the coding world. IEEE CS FSS SBC and IEEE CS ENIS SBC successfully conducted their inaugural training session for IEEEXTREME 17.0. Given the influx of new students and Computer Science (CS) members, there was a clear demand for an introductory session, as many participants lacked a solid understanding of competitive programming fundamentals and best practices. The session concluded with the new students feeling more at ease as they prepare for their first-ever Problem Solving Competition.

IEEE CS ENIS SBC and IEEE CS FSS SBC joined forces for the collaborative IEEEXTREME 17.0 programming competition, leveraging the combined strengths of both university groups. The teamwork resulted in a vibrant exchange of talents and ideas, fostering creative problem-solving and expanding the participants' networks. Before the competition, students bonded over enjoyable activities and a shared meal. Despite challenges during problem-solving, many students achieved commendable rankings. This successful collaboration not only enhanced coding skills but also fostered camaraderie and knowledge exchange, aligning with IEEE's core principles of innovation and technological advancement.

The IEEE Computer Society ENIS SBC has decided to leave its legacy in safe hands. To this end, the ExCom’s Chairman has prepared and presented some of the basics of event organization. With their term almost at an end and with a strong belief in continuity, chapter has curated a short trainee program in order to allow following this session that will include tasks that will aid these members to learn what officers do.

The IEEE ENIS Computer Society Chapter is partnering with the local Microsoft Tech Club to introduce front-end development to students school-wide. The interactive sessions have garnered excitement, and the chapter is committed to organizing more in the future. The Organizing Committee ensures seamless continuity, and participating students appreciate the value of the sessions for their academic projects.

TechX is an IEEE CS event designed for students and young professionals. TechX also emphasises leadership development and soft skills, providing sessions to help students become effective leaders and prepare for interviews. The IEEE ENIS CS SBC has applied for the TechX initiative and has been accepted to organise the event under the name of "IEEE CS TechX Tunisia Section". The event will include various workshops with the crown jewel of the event being a hackathon to be discovered the day of the event. This event is a pride to the ENIS SB and is a great last event for this year's ExCom. Only time will tell what experiences await you during TechX!

IEEE CS JU 🇯🇴 and IEEE Computer Society ENIS Student Chapter successfully wrapped up their collaborative event, "Steps in Cyber Security," featuring Eng. Murad Ghazzawi. The online session, held on December 8, 2023, covered key Cyber security topics, including an introduction, fundamentals, starting a career, and top opportunities. Participants joined via a form shared on social media and email. The event aimed to blend fun with insightful knowledge.

The IEEE CS ENIS SBC takes the opportunity of the Hour of Code global event to put into place a set of low code/no code programming games for primary school kids likely using Scratch and other alternatives. A nearby school with only a couple of computers within the IT classroom is a solid target to bring technology to these otherwise unfortunate students. The chapter deems it necessary to bring the world of Computer Engineering to these kids in order to broaden their ambitions.
